Maintenance update.
- Updated Daylight Saving Time (DST) for new 2007 rules affecting United States and Canada. This includes time zone changes for numerous countries including Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cuba, Egypt, Gaza, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Iran, Nicaragua, Sri Lanka and Tunisia.
